Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

• The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you receive your goods, or when a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the delivered product.

• To exercise your right of cancellation, please notify us with a clear statement by email at returns@immunicluxury.com.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized goods.

• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have an expired date.

• Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

• We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Refunds

• We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original order. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Gifts

• If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

• If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
